A reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment.

Carmichael is an affluent suburb in the Greater Sacramento metropolitan region of Northern California. It is home to several breathtaking parks and beautiful gardens, such as The Jensen Botanical Gardens, which exhibits a great selection of flora including rhododendrons, dogwoods, camellias, and azaleas. The area also features The Chautauqua Playhouse, a theater seating up to 95 people that showcases a variety of musicals, comedies, and dramas for both adults and children.

- Provide skilled physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
