Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

Start date: as soon as possible. Travel assignment in Myrtle Point, OR with shifts of 8 days and a pay rate of $1,227.00 - $1,264.00.

About the role

Help patients in skilled nursing settings restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, teach exercises for home recovery, and document progress.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active Oregon PT license (compact accepted)
• BLS certification
• One reference from entire work history
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior skilled-nursing-facility (SNF) experience
• Travel experience
