Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid Virginia PT license or eligibility to obtain one
- Physical Therapist (PT) license with compact acceptance
- SSN and date of birth required
- One reference from entire work history
Preferred Qualifications
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
- Travel experience
