Physical Therapist-Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC

Responsibilities

- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility and rehabilitation functions, as well as state and federal reimbursement for therapy and nursing services. - Utilize working knowledge of personal computers and relevant software applications. - Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

- Graduated from an approved Physical Therapy program. - Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State. - At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in long-term care or sub-acute care settings. - Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and reimbursement processes. - Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications pertinent to job functions.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
