Compensation

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state (active PT license)
• CPR-certified (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Experienced—1 year in a healthcare setting

• Reliable with dependable transportation

• Positive, motivated, and mission-driven

• Knowledge of home health care procedures and protocols

Pay

Annual earnings $90,000–$100,000+, with opportunities to exceed quota through: Performance-based bonuses On-call compensation Additional visit earnings

Salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and regional cost-of-labor considerations.
