About the role

Join Select Physical Therapy in New Milford, CT, where every physical therapist's journey becomes a testament to excellence, innovation, and life-changing patient care. This outpatient center, located directly below an orthopedic physician office, serves a diverse patient population with musculoskeletal injuries and a high volume of post-operative patients. The facility spans over 7,500 square feet and includes a squash ball court, basketball hoop, a full array of Cybex equipment, and an open gym environment for functional training. The team consists of 3 full-time therapists, 1 PTA, and 1 CHT, focusing on evidence-based treatment to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Schedule

Monday through Friday. PRN and part-time positions are also available.

Pay

Salary up to $100,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student debt repayment incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
  • Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
  • CPR certification.
