Physical Therapist – Red Bank, NJ: FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Red Bank, NJ, seeking passionate, licensed Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional one‑on‑one care to older adults where they live — private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Using the signature Geriatric House Calls™ model, you’ll help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life, with the option to incorporate telehealth/virtual care for added flexibility. The role offers autonomy to create and manage your own treatment schedule, build strong patient relationships, and work within an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists. You’ll join a clinician‑operated practice focused on meaningful relationships, evidence‑based care, and a mission to abolish ageism, supported by leaders who have lived the clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care)
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
- Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
