Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Fort Wayne, IN. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred. New graduates will be considered. Candidates with only home health or extended care experience do not meet this outpatient requirement.
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload including pediatrics, vestibular, Parkinson’s, and women’s health.
