About the role

You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience with outpatient orthopedic caseloads preferred.
  • Experience or training in vestibular rehabilitation and pelvic floor therapy preferred.
  • Ability to manage variable patient volume including seasonal increases; experience working with rehab techs or aides preferred.
  • Management candidates should have experience preparing KPI reports and leading a small outpatient team.

Position Details

  • Leading outpatient physical therapy & sports clinic in FL with growing locations in the state!
  • High volume environment; great fit for someone motivated and eager to provide quality care
  • Monday–Friday days, 8 am – 5 pm (flexibility for half days with extended days), some weekends requested during peak season (paid at 1.5×)
  • Permanent full-time position with growth opportunities
