About the role
Seeking licensed Physical Therapists in Middletown, NJ for in-home, senior living, and virtual care to older adults.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life.
- Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff.
- Manage a flexible schedule, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles, including telehealth components.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document care using EMR systems.
- Support community well-being and aging-in-place initiatives.
Qualifications
- A valid PT license
- Degree from an accredited program
- CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
