Join our team of highly motivated and driven providers in Big Sky, Montana, where you will push yourself as a clinician in a highly collaborative and fun environment. We specialize in helping patients—from weekend warriors to ski patrol to professional mountain athletes—get back to doing what they love. Our clinic uses cutting-edge technology such as VLAD Force Plates and the 1080 Quantum to help patients recover faster and reduce the risk of future injury. We are also actively involved in the community, working with partners like Big Sky Ski Education Foundation, Lone Peak High School, and Big Sky Ski Patrol.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Current Montana state license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain one.
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Pay

$78,000 – $105,000 per year.
