Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy
• Minimum of two years of experience

Advanced degrees or certifications preferred. Active on Therapy Clinical ladder or specialty certifications are a plus.
