• Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults

What You’ll Need

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• A degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• A current CPR certification
• The ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns
• Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm

Pay

The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role in Illinois is $65,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
