Seeking licensed Physical Therapists in Briarcliff Manor, NY to provide in-home and senior living care with a flexible schedule and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one therapy to older adults in various settings, including private residences and senior communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop personalized plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Utilize telehealth and virtual care to expand access and support continuity.
• Document accurately in EMR systems and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging-in-place strategies.

Qualifications

• A valid PT license
• Degree from an accredited program
• Computer proficiency
• CPR certification
