Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Rehab experience: 1 year
• Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: BLS (Copy Needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• 1-2 years of Inpatient ACUTE Rehab experience (not SNF, LTC)
• CVA, BI, and SCI experience (neuro)

Schedule

• Available Shifts: 8 D
• 2 weekend shifts per month

Pay

$2045.00 - $2107.00
