Physical Therapist - Rehab Program Manager

Job Summary

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This position offers the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, relationship-driven, and ambitious. The Program Manager will work with higher-functioning residents in various settings including assisted living, independent living, outpatient clinics, and community centers.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to therapists and assistants.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new team members.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain a therapist/assistant license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements.

• Experience in rehabilitation or related field.

Pay

$36 - $46 per hour.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, no weekends, no evenings.
