Physical Therapist / PTA – Outpatient Orthopedics | Upto $100K per annual pay + Sign-On

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Physical Therapy degree / PTAs are considered
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapist/PTA license or license eligible
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic care
• Required: Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Preferred: Dry Needling experience (training available), Vestibular Rehabilitation experience (training available), Pelvic Health experience (not required)
• Leadership interest and long-term career goals
