About the Role
PeteDME is building a nationwide network of home-based therapists to provide integrated musculoskeletal (MSK) care for patients with back, knee, and other MSK conditions. This opportunity is designed for therapists currently practicing in Home Health, Mobile Outpatient, or other in-home clinical settings who want to enhance the care they already provide while earning additional income.
Integrated MSK Care combines:
- Expert Physical Therapy
- Custom-Fit Orthopedic Bracing
- Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM)
This model improves patient engagement, supports recovery, and allows therapists to deliver a more complete MSK care experience within their existing workflow—no sales, cold calling, or finding new patients required.

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in your state.
