PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) - THE FOLEY CENTER AT CHESTNUT RIDGE

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. The PT will work in a supportive rehab environment, addressing a variety of diseases and impairments through progressive treatment modalities.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families.
• Be responsive and individualize treatment plans.
• Supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities.
• Address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
