Responsibilities
- Assess students to identify mobility needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions to enhance student mobility
- Collaborate with district staff to monitor and support student progress
- Document all interventions and treatments provided
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Educate students and staff on mobility strategies and techniques
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree
- Active North Carolina PT license
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with IEP systems is recommended
- Preferred: Previous school-based experience

- Clear, articulate communication skills
- Ability to explain results to a varied audience
