Responsibilities
- Conducts physical therapy assessments and develops treatment plans.
- Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
- Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
- Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
- Current PT license.
- CPR certification required.
