Physical Therapist / PT - PRN

About the role

Join a passionate rehab team at Hickory Ridge and Timberland Ridge, two supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facilities in Akron, OH and Fairlawn, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in acute care settings preferred

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for rehabilitation and patient care

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

PT positions are PRN (as needed), with an average of 30+ hours per week.
