About the role

We’re seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our dynamic in-house rehab team. Work alongside experienced clinicians in a flexible, innovative, and evidence-based environment that prioritizes positive outcomes and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced clinicians in a flexible, innovative, and evidence-based environment that prioritizes positive outcomes and patient-centered care.
• Provide physical therapy services to residents in need of rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess resident needs and progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all treatments and progress notes accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

• A positive, reliable, team-oriented PT
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited BS, MS, or DPT program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• SNF experience preferred, but not required

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing quality care to seniors

• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems
