Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN

About the Role

Provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and documenting treatments.

Responsibilities

• Performs therapy programs tailored to patient needs
• Educates patients and their support networks
• Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility for Oklahoma licensure
• BLS certification required prior to patient care and maintained throughout employment

Experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay
