About the role

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Butler, Kentucky Skilled Nursing Facility. Consistent Hours Available for 6-week Assignment: 15-25 Hours per week. Offering Premium Rate Flexible Schedule during the week or on the weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician.
• Use a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
• Aim to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Degree in Physical Therapy.

Pay

Premium rate compensation.

Schedule

• 15-25 hours per week.
• 6‑week assignment.
• Flexible scheduling available during the week or on weekends.
