Physical Therapist - PT - Per Diem

About the role

A Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is available in the sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Holden, MA. As part of the PTS team, you may join other local PRN rosters. Preferred Therapy Solutions is therapist‑owned and operated, emphasizing appropriate and ethical patient care. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or license eligible to practice in the state
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or license eligible to practice in the state
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation
• Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Ability to work well with others in a team setting
