Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, and nursing home setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
• Experience or interest in working in geriatrics
