About the Role

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice advancing musculoskeletal care by putting PTs at the front of care, supported by diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. This outpatient orthopedic role offers autonomy, a manageable caseload, and growth pathways for licensed physical therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time
  • Top performers average 11–12 patients per day (double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care)
  • Build plans of care that match your clinical style
  • Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners
  • Support strong outcomes with consistent, patient-first care
