Position Overview
The Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) roles at Stoughton Health are available on a Per Diem basis. The PT evaluates and treats patients with various disabilities, designing and monitoring therapeutic programs. The PTA assists in these tasks under the supervision of the PT.
Requirements
- (PT) Bachelor’s Degree from an approved physical therapy program.
- (PTA) Graduated from an accredited two-year college program approved by the APTA with proof of successful completion.
- (PT) Licensed as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin or eligible for licensing.
- (PTA) Licensed as a physical therapist assistant in the State of Wisconsin or eligible for licensing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Basic computer competency skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
