About the role
FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.
- Treat patients when and where you want, with no minimum requirement.
- Determine your compensation based on the number of patients you treat.
- Focus on patient care with administrative support provided by FeldCare Connects.
- Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
- Document patient visits using our intuitive Electronic Medical Record system.
- Join a passionate group dedicated to helping people.
- Accept or decline patients through our Cliniconnects app in seconds.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy - The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Smartphone.
- Bilingual skills a plus!
