Schedule: Part-time (15 hours/week)

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (eligible) state licensure (and/or licensed in the state in which you live)
- Experience providing physical therapy services in a pediatric or school setting
- Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology used in physical therapy (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' specific needs and abilities
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve students' motor skills, range of motion, and functional independence
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' physical therapy needs

Physical Requirements (Working in a School Setting)
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and move around in various areas of the school facility
- Must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents both verbally and in writing
- May need to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and may occasionally be required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Physical stamina to supervise and engage with students throughout the school day
