About the role
As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans for our residents
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Providing hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
1 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)
