About the Role

InHome Therapy (IHT) is seeking multiple full-time licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide home care for adult and geriatric patients across Chicago. Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual salary of $94,000–$116,000 per year (based on pay per visit model)
• IHT Milestone Reward Program—earn up to $15,000 in career milestone payments (details provided at offer stage)

Requirements

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for local patient visits
• Basic comfort with technology including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)
