Physical Therapist (PT), Med/Surg
About the role
Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI. This position requires a current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered and CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility and function
- Communicate closely with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure continuity of care and effective follow-through on therapeutic goals
- Document all patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Uphold all professional, ethical, and legal standards in alignment with the Company's Code of Business Conduct
Requirements
This position requires a Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Pay
Hourly range: $39.00 - $48.00 per hour
Schedule
8-10 hour shifts to meet Part-time hours status, every other weekend, weekday shifts as needed, 1 Holiday minimum commitment annually
