About Us

Our owner Lindsey was thrown into a world of physical therapy after her beautiful new baby, Lynna, was diagnosed with a tough deafblind syndrome at six weeks old. Hundreds of sessions later, Lynna walked at age 4 and is still in PT today. By then, they had fallen in love with the field and were so grateful for what physical therapy had done for them. They started a best-in-class clinic staffed with top clinicians, all based on their experience as patients first.

Our leadership philosophy is, what is best for the patient, is best for the business. We believe in creating a culture of fun, hard work, and making each other better. We admit mistakes and give grace, and encourage employee autonomy by not relying on micromanagement, but through each person communicating their own wants and needs. We believe in tons of CEUs to make the profession and ourselves better.

Core Values

  • What is best for the business is best for the patient.
  • Dreams don't work unless you do. We strive to be humble, hungry, and smart.
  • The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each individual member is the team.
  • We don't say, "That's not my job." No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to do it.
  • Clarity is kindness.
  • Fall down seven times. Stand up eight.
  • Get in the foxhole with your people.
  • "You can get everything you want in this life if you help enough other people get what they want." - Zig Ziglar
  • The price of buy-in is solicitation and application of feedback.

Backed by big-company resources but locally owned and operated. All decisions are made right here at FYZICAL Rockrimmon, not by a massive hospital chain where you’re just a number.
