About the role
Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital: White Hall is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their multidisciplinary care team. This position offers unique opportunities to contribute to expanding rehabilitation programs and utilizing advanced technologies.
Responsibilities
- Help in the development to expand our stroke, TBI, and amputee rehabilitation programs
- Aid in program-development opportunities in a growing, newly opened facility
- Gain experience with the only EKSO exoskeleton in the state of Arkansas and utilize advanced virtual reality technology and real-world community simulation equipment

Requirements
- Minimum Requirements: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, Physical Therapist License in State, Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire
- Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, Physical Therapist License in State, and Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of hire. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.
