Kindred Hospital - Chattanooga is a 49-bed long term acute care hospital offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period.

How You'll Contribute

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
• Current PT licensure in Tennessee.
• CPR certification required.
