About the role
Performs evaluation and treatment of impairment in muscle movement and/or function resulting from injury or disease. Provides consultation and other educational and advisory services to prevent or reduce the incidence and severity of physical disability, bodily malfunction, and pain.
Populations served: Adults (18–75 years) and Geriatrics (75 years and older).
Requirements
- Licensure by the Georgia State Board of Examiners of Physical Therapy
- Comprehensive knowledge of Physical Therapy treatment procedures
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
Qualifications
- Education: meets license/certification requirement
- Experience: no prior work experience required
