Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for daily living.
• Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team.
• Perform duties in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
• Participate in Specialty Programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and Total Shoulder Replacement Program.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.

Pay

Compensation Range: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 annual salary

$10,000 Sign On Bonus
