Overview
Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 Annually
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
30 Paid Days Off Annually – Up to 6 weeks (PDO includes company observed holidays)
Responsibilities
- Supervise, evaluate, and provide therapy services to clients in various senior living communities, including assisted living and independent living facilities.
- Provide therapy services to patients within the confines of the assisted living facilities where our patients reside.
- Offer 1:1 patient care.
- Follow each patient from start to discharge.
- Collaborate with each assisted living facility's wellness team on a daily basis to maintain strong lines of communication and overall continuity of care for the residents and their loved ones.
- Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities.
- Aid persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independence in self-care, and other skills necessary for functioning in daily living and to successfully age in place.
- Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team.
- Perform these services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Qualifications
- Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
- Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
