Physical Therapist PT Home Health - Aleca (Kitsap) - PRN
Responsibilities
- Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
- Affords patients assistance to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while teaching them to live within the limits of their capabilities.
- Collaborates with all other home care personnel in developing patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved educational program in Physical Therapy.
- Valid state license required.
- Ability to interact well with patients, family members, physicians, supervisor, and staff.

Pay
USD $55.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
Schedule
Work an average of 8 to 30 hours a week, whatever works best for you. Minimum commitment is 8 hours a month.

- Must have the ability to interact well with patients, family members, physicians, supervisor, and staff.
