VISION

A well-loved non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community nestled in the Blue Ridge foothills is looking for a Physical Therapist who shares their deep passion for older adults and quality of life.

About the role

65–75% productivity expectation: focus on care, not counting units - 85% outpatient caseload: active, engaged residents in a resort-style setting Salaried model: your paycheck doesn't dip when a patient cancels - No on-call. No weekends. Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week.

Who We're Looking For

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT, MPT, or BPT)
• Active or eligible NC PT license
• SNF and/or outpatient experience a plus - new grads welcome
• A team-first mindset and a real love for working with older adults
