Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques. Qualifications Current Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.Commitment to quality patient care and positive rehabilitation outcomes.New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
