Physical Therapist PT Full Time

About the role

Symbria’s Rehab Team at Briarwood Nursing Home in Worcester, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join as an employee-owner. This is a part-time role of 20–29 hours weekly, including a Monday and/or Friday schedule and a monthly weekend rotation (either Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Must be able to work a Monday and/or Friday and a monthly weekend rotation (either Saturday or Sunday).

Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
