Physical Therapist (PT)- Full Time

About the role

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities located in Garland, Texas. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Create and implement programming in areas such as balance, gait, wheelchair positioning, functional mobility, sensory integration, and more.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities to enhance skills and advance within the organization.
• Contribute to creating a positive and joyful environment for patients and residents through your work.

Requirements

• Current Texas Physical Therapy License.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
