Physical Therapist - PT (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress accurately and timely using electronic medical records
• Adhere to professional standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state
• Have strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation
• Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or sub-acute rehabilitation setting preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $45.00 - $51.00
