Physical Therapist - PT - Full Time

The Role

A Full Time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located on the Cape in Mashpee, MA. Royal Cotuit is a moderately sized skilled rehab and nursing center offering short term, long term and hospice care services to our local and surrounding communities. It is located central Cape Cod with easy access to major highways to Plymouth, Boston, Worcester, and Rhode Island. This area offers plenty of outdoor activity opportunities as well as rich, seaside historical venues to explore.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
• Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department
• Provide therapy services to patients
• Provide clinical support, training and oversight of specialty programs within his/her specific discipline
• Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department

Qualifications

• Under the direction of a Rehab Director, a successful Rehab Team Leader will:
• Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
