Physical Therapist (PT) - Early Career

About the role

You will join a team who loves what they do and are excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.

Day to day, you can expect:

• 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships
• Up to two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging
• Built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge
• Productivity expectation of 72.50% of your day

  • Salary ($83,000–$88,000)
  • Pay-per-billed-visit ($70–$72/hour, $90/eval)
  • Additional 2% compensation for bilingual clinicians
• Performance-based monthly bonus: Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives.
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $7,000.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain
• 2-5 years of experience
