Physical Therapist (PT) - Early Career

About the role

You will join a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Our model means you’ll collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA clinicians, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.

Day-to-day, you can expect 30–60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week, and built-in documentation time so evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Productivity target is 72.50% of your scheduled day.

Schedule

• Four- or five-day work weeks
• Part-time options
• Flex days for schedule autonomy

Pay

• Salary option: $83,000–$88,000
• Pay-per-billed-visit option: $70–$72/hour, $90 per evaluation
• 2% bilingual pay differential
• Performance-based monthly bonus: $250 or $750 per month (up to $9,000 annually)
• Sign-on bonus: up to $7,000

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Colorado DORA PT license or eligibility to obtain
• 2–5 years of experience
