About the role
Outpatient orthopedic setting in the Greater Phoenix area, average of 12 patients per day, no weekends, PT‑owned clinic with a clear career path to clinic director; new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high‑quality outpatient orthopedic care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
